Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
A deposit equal to the first nights stay plus 11% is requested within one month of making a reservation. Payment equal to 1 night deposit will be charged 10 days prior to reservation date. Deposits are refundable in full if cancellation is made 10 days prior to scheduled arrival. Deposits will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. You will be refunded 10% per day, for each day in advance of scheduled arrival.
(Example: if cancelling 6 days in advance, you will receive a 60% refund)
 
Group/Block Room Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
When a single party is booking more than two rooms for the same date, a deposit equivalent to the rate of a one night stay on each room is required. This deposit is due at time of booking and is
non-refundable.
