Our Inn’s Function Room Reservation Policies:

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the ballroom for 100 or more.

A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the Terrace Room for 40 or more.

A $125.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the Porch or Surrey Room for 25 or More.

To reserve more than one banquet room (i.e. a combination of function rooms) a guarantee of 240 people is required.

Deposits are required within two weeks of the booking time.

Deposits are forfeit, and reservations are canceled, if our contract is not signed 30 days prior to function.

Your deposit is deducted from your final bill the day of the function.

Saturday Daytime Parties must end at 5:00 p.m. as Evening Parties begin at 6:30 p.m.

Banquets and Receptions require a guaranteed final count at least 10 days prior to function.

Overnight Lodging is available and includes a Continental Breakfast.

Tax Exempt Certificates must be submitted with deposit.

Prices subject to change 30 days prior to function.

Full payment of balance will be due at close of party
(payment by cash or check).

If billing process is required, balance will be due within 30 days of billing date. Service charge assessed to past due accounts.

Room Charges - Porches $25, Ballroom $100, Terrace/Surrey Room $50
(includes set-up and break down, linen rental expense, candles and table adornment)
